LOL. Unlikely to be an infection--So here's some infection medication!...
If you can't take them normally, wrap them in a small bit of bread and swallow it. Thje bread will break away by the time it gets to the stomach/ in the stomach, allowing the capsule to go through it's normal procedure. Don't know if it will guarantee you not being sick but it's worth a shot.
I think I have a similar feeling in my finger occasionnaly. I reckon it might be an ingrowing splint of nail as when I push on it there is a specific spot that goes red but I can't seem to find anything with my nail tools (I'm a man, so it's actually the can opener attachment (the long thin curve) on my clippers that i stick under the nail to feel for and pick out ingrowing bits--it works quite well). The pain seems to come and go though, nothing for a month or so then the pain for a few days. It's a subtle pain, I know it's there but it doesn't really cause me much bother, other than the presence of it.
If it is swollen, anything with antihistamines like hayfever tablets would helpn reduce the swelling.
We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean, but the ocean would be less without that drop. I don't know what it's called; I only know the sound it makes when it takes a man's life.

Well, I've been to the doctors. She said it's likely to be an infection in the thumb so I've been given antibiotics for it. Unfortunately they're gelatine capsules....last time I had those I had to stop because they made me feel sick. If worse comes to worse I'm gonna have to do it the hard way, breaking the capsules and putting the powder in my mouth. Oh joy.

It might but vitamin c tablets contain masses more than orange juice and so would hlep boost your immune system and help do the other stuff vitamin c helps do.

Didn't they say they were ending the gta series with number 4?
When a series is making you asmuch money as GTA is and has countless possibilities from expanding the series I very much doubt they would just finish the series like that.

Well it's not a break (had an x ray at hospital), but still hurts like hell and I have to wait till tomorrow to see dr to get xtra strong pain killers. For now I'm using ibuprofen gel which doesn't seem to do much.

Re: Best WS comics « Result #16 on Aug 30, 2010, 6:26pm »
You mean like web comics? I used to be a huge fan of a comic ages ago called Dr Mcninja which is about a ninja who is also a doctor and he solves crimes and stuff with his cowboy friend.
Nerfnows stuff is mostly worksafe, they have alot of TF2, Starcraft and Mass Effect jokes though along with some anime referances now any again.
If your looking for something with abit of a plot and so on I recommend Domonic Deegan, its updated most days bar weekends and when the guy goes off to cons and so on. Story is set in a magic sort of world, its worksafe for the most part. Drawing starts pretty crappy but gets better, first few comics seem to be short gag strips too.

Theme Weeks « Result #26 on Aug 30, 2010, 10:40am »
Since Change Your Name Day only gives a short amount of time, I've decided to change it to Theme Weeks, with the first week of each month being a theme week. This means the first week of September will be the first theme week. So instead of having a name change for one day, it can be for 7 days and gives me more time to actually pay attention to names and I promise to not procrastinate till the end of the month like I did this time; sorry helix
The prizes for the best one will be the usual.
£1000 moolah.
If I think of anything else to give prize wise I'll state so in this post.
So hopefully ya'll get that, and I'm open to suggestions for themes. I might go with 'Dragons' for Sept. Don't know.

Makes me feel kind of depressed.
I've spent so much money on my drum kit resently putting skins on it, buying new stands and I don't even get a chance to use the fucking thing never mind get that good on it. Its money I could have spent on more entertaining things like books and so on.
